RECRUITMENT

Our client had had difficulty in sourcing the right team for their newly opened store; we listened to their needs and together we developed a recruitment process that would work for them. Throughout the process, we gave them the tools and training so that they could replicate this process again and again. The outcome was the successful recruitment of a team and a happy client.

 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Referred to us by another client we met with this organisation and helped them through a tricky situation that avoided a personal grievance claim. We believe that often personal grievances can be avoided through robust process and training. With this in mind we conducted an audit of their polices and processes and revised all documentation, added practical guides and tailored workshops to ensure that everyone fully understood what they could and couldn't do.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

We developed a performance management framework, which meant devising tailored performance review documentation, guides, workshops etc, we also analysed the responses and developed a training and development framework.

ORGANISATIONAL REDESIGN

A medium sized organisation was looking to make changes within their operation. We helped them to realign their current business model with that of their new operational strategy. This involved everything from interviewing all the employees, redesigning job descriptions, creating new job descriptions, implementing a fair consultation process through to helping them develop new performance and remuneration plan

A range of restructures from just a few people through to an entire company. We have advised the client from start to finish including all documentation supporting the restructure including organising counselling and records of settlements.
